Timothy Warner Facha, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend passed away on December 1, 2024, in Rocklin, California. Born on August 24, 1955, in Auburn, California, he spent his life making lasting memories with those around him.
Tim proudly served his country in the Navy, undertaking two tours overseas shortly after graduating from high school. His time in the Navy instilled in him a strong sense of duty and honor, which he carried throughout his life. Upon returning to Auburn, Tim embarked on a career in retail sales, dedicating 35 years to this profession until his retirement in 2009.
As a father, Tim took great joy and pride in raising his two daughters, coaching their softball teams, and instilling in them a love for sports and music. Being an avid Chargers fan, he made sure his daughters shared in his enthusiasm for the team and rarely missed watching a game. He often played music, especially The Beatles, during school drop-offs and while enjoying time together in the garage tinkering with his prized 1966 Barracuda.
In his retirement, Tim's commitment to his community shone brightly. He volunteered at both the California Automobile Museum and the Sacramento Railroad Museum, where he shared his love for cars and learning with visitors of all ages. Additionally, Tim devoted his time to the Placer County Food Bank, helping to provide assistance to those in need.
Tim is survived by his loving wife, Angela Facha, and his cherished daughters, Riley Nathan and Alyson Vega. He leaves behind his beloved parents, Wilford and Kathryn Callen, his brother, Mark Facha, and two grandsons, Kason and Cooper, who brought immense joy to his life. Timothy was predeceased by his father, Al Facha.
A memorial service will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California, on January 6, 2025, beginning at 1:30 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held on February 16th at 2pm at Moksa Barrel House in Roseville. Tim’s warmth, kindness, and dedication will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire those he touched throughout his life.
