Tamera "Tammy" Jean Higgins

Tammy Higgins passed away in her home in Lincoln California in the early morning hours of November 13, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tammy was best known for her helpful and positive personality. She left an impression on all who knew her and will be deeply missed. She was very active in the community and very involved with her kids. Tammy's volunteering included: Lincoln High School Boosters, Lincoln High Baseball, Lincoln Little League, Lincoln High Sober Grad and her biggest most recent passion was Relay for Life who was one of the biggest contributors for Lincoln Relay for Life two years in a row. Tammy liked to quilt, spend time with her family, watch her son play baseball and go on as many vacations as she could with friends and family. Her greatest love was her family.
Tammy is survived by her husband of 24 years, Rob Higgins; twin children, daughter Haley Higgins and son Robby Higgins; mother, Betty Volker; and sister, Josie Viscardi.
