Stephen C. Harris, born October 14, 1946, died on October 13, 2018. Steve was a resident of Rocklin, California. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Sophia, and current survivors are his son, Max and daughter, Rachel, ages 24 and 22.
Steve was born and raised in the Palisades neighborhood in Washington, D.C. Following graduation from Western High School, he attended Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, and received a B.A. in English. Following college, Steve served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam for two years. He came home and moved San Diego, CA for several years until returning to the DC area.
