He fought valiantly against many health obstacles over the past eight years, remaining steadfast and sober for the last 13 months of his life. Roy chose to face the end on his terms, embodying the spirit of a true fighter until the very end.
Though he has been welcomed into the arms of his parents, Bobby and Anne Marie Williams, who predeceased him, Roy's legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched. His wonderful sense of humor and ability to find positivity in every situation will be remembered fondly by all.
