Ronald Alan Camozzi

CAMOZZI, Ronald Alan. A lifelong resident of Orangevale, CA, Ron was born in Santa Rosa, CA on February 20, 1958, the fifth of six sons born to Robert and Alice Camozzi. He passed away on February 7, 2015. Ron graduated from Bella Vista High School in 1976, studied at UC Santa Barbara, and received his bachelor's degree from Sacramento State University. Ron worked for the County of Sacramento for 31 years in Systems and Data Processing, where he was an integral member and supervisor of the County's mainframe Computer Operations and Install/Upgrade teams up to his passing. In his free time he loved spending time with his family, swimming in Folsom Lake, and camping among the redwood forests up and down the California coast. He is survived by: his wife Linda (whom he met at the County); his two sons, Brian and Kevin; his brothers, Michael, Paul, Robert, Mark, and David; nephews and nieces Matt, Jeff, Jenerra, and Kyle; and grandnieces Annabelle and Lily. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 14th at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel in Rocklin. Donations in Ron's honor may be made to the Cleveland Clinic or to the Save the Redwoods League.
