Peter Sidney Pile, 74 years young, of Antelope, CA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday afternoon, May 5, 2018. He is survived by his best friend, Patricia Pile, his 10 children; Kim, Carlos (spouse Lola), Lolita, Maria, Lalainya, Michael, Nicole (spouse Robert Jr.), Mario, Quiahna, and Sydnee along with 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by his 9 siblings, a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Peter S. Pile grew up in Brooklyn, New York where he graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and joined the United States Air Force and served over 20 years. He retired from the Air Force at McClellan AFB and became a mail handler at the West Sacramento Post Office in which he worked and retired after 30 years of service. He was a faithful member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and very active in coaching and educating old and young alike. He leaves behind a lasting legacy of pride and love of family and a strong connection to friends and community. Services will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in North Highlands on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
