Nathan Christopher Scott Thomas

Our beloved Nathan Christopher Scott Thomas passed away on September 11, 2025, due to a tragic car accident. Nate was born on October 14, 1974, to Kathryn, his Mother and his Father, Michael.

Nate is survived by his sister, Michelle, half-sister Erinn, step sister Julie and his son and son’s Mother, Alton and Melissa. Nate also leaves behind his Uncle Doug, nephews Cash and Luke, brother-in-law Michael, along with step-father Les. In addition, Nate is survived by his several cousins, aunties, uncles and wonderful, close friends.

Nathan grew up in Meadow Vista, where he loved playing Little League Baseball. He idolized Pele and was a devoted team member of the regional soccer league.

Nate was a graduate of Colfax High School and earned a degree from ITT Tech. His passion was music, songs from Lincoln Park, Pet Shop Boys and the Cranberries, just to name a few. The SF Giants and Fort-Niners were his favorite teams.

The love of his life was his son, Alton Nathan Thomas, born in 2013. Nate’s goal was to always be there for his son and show him unconditional love.

Nathan Christopher Scott will be seriously missed for his contagious, beautiful smile, his dry sense of humor, and “that look” he would give when he wanted to tell you something from his heart. We will miss you Nater.

The Celebration of Life for Nathan will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 11:30am. Location is: 7600 Whistlestop Way, Roseville, CA
