Born July 1, 1923 Kirkwood, MO; passed away at home June 20, 2013 in Citrus Heights, CA. Survived by Jean, his loving wife of 62 years, children Harry (Sherry), Robert (Dinah), Judy (Guy), Ann (Tom), 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Harry was a member of the US Air Force for 30 years serving in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He worked for the US Post Office for 12 years, and finished his career as a cook for his wife at A Touch of Britain restaurant. Harry was an Anglophile, stamp collector, and ham radio enthusiast. For Dad, family always came first. His wife would like to thank hospice and their son Bob for their love and care of Harry. Memorial services will be held at St. Mel's Catholic Church, Fair Oaks on Thursday, June 27th 10am with a graveside memorial on Tuesday, July 2nd at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon at 11:30am. Donations can be made in Harry's name to Sutter Roseville Hospice.
