Everett Allen Chenoweth

July 11, 1946 — August 11, 2013

Everett (Ed) Chenoweth entered eternal peace on August 11, 2013 at San Juan Mercy Hospital in Carmichael, CA. Surrounded by the presence of his family, he passed of respiratory failure. Everett was born on July 11, 1946 to Lee and Leona (Higbee) Chenoweth in Albany, California. Ed is a high school graduate of Elk Grove High School, and completed his undergraduate studies at Chico State. Everett was a long time resident of the Sacramento/Elk Grove, CA area.

Sgt. Everett Chenoweth served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was part of the Army Security Agency. He met his beautiful bride, Venancia Chenoweth during his tour in the Philippines. When they returned to the States, they took up their initial residency in Kansas, eventually relocating permanently to California.

Everett is survived by his wife, Venancia Chenoweth; 3 daughters, Janet (Chenoweth) Bond, Cheryl (Chenoweth) Olsen, Tracy Chenoweth; 4 grandchildren,
La Tisha (San Pedro) Lintag, Alex Dean Montenegro, Scarlett and Brody Mayer; brother, Walter Sr. Chenoweth; and nephew, Walt Chenoweth.

Everett's passion was his family & Sunday football. He was also a proud Vietnam Veteran. He will be missed but never forgotten.
