Eugene Raymond Van der Vlugt

Eugene Raymond Van der Vlugt was born on April 30, 1921 and passed away on May 4, 2013. Ray was a resident of Rocklin for the past 30 years, and dearly loved his church family and friends. Ray touched the lives of countless people throughout the years, and was so sweet and kind. Ray went to rest with Jesus with the faith that he will see us all again upon Jesus' return. We were all blessed to have known Ray during his life, and can't wait to see him again.
