ELIEZER CASTRO AZUL
1958-2021
Eliezer Castro Azul, 62, of Downey, California, ascended to Heaven on Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Eliezer was born February 16, 1958 in Quezon City, Philippines to Pedro and Purita Azul. He received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Central Colleges of The Philippines. He owned a business in the steel and metal industry (Structu Steel) and upholstery in Manila.
Eliezer loved the outdoors and nature and spent his free time hiking and going on walks. Eliezer enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling. He also loved movies, reading, going to the gym whenever he had the time and attending church on Sundays. He was a jokester who never shied away from making us laugh. He had a good heart and always looked for the good in others. He cared deeply for his family. In 2000, he moved to the U.S. with his two daughters, giving up everything from his past in order to afford his children a better life. Eliezer was a caring life partner, loving father, grandfather, and friend to everyone. He will be missed beyond measure.

Eliezer will be lovingly remembered by his daughters; Carmela (Michael Sison) and Dawn (Michael Khamdalanikone); grandchildren: Michael Jr., Kyle, Jaden, and Elijah. He will be missed by his life partner of 16 years, Marita Ramirez; stepchildren: Jayson Ramirez, Shiela (Omar Dela Cruz), and Jayr Ramirez. He will also be dearly missed by his siblings; Edizon Azul, Maricor Azul, Chat Trono, Helen Salillas, Erwin Azul, Paul Azul, Marichu Bolislis, Malou Osbucan, Eduardo Azul. Along with many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
He is predeceased by Rosario De Castro (Grandmother), Purita Azul (Mother), Edwin Azul (Brother), and Elmero Azul (Brother).
Services will take place at Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel, 6920 Destiny Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677, on Friday, January 29, 2021. The celebration of life service will begin at 6:00 PM. The prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM, officiated by Pastor William Manalo (Bill)
