Elaine C Fox

Elaine Fox entered into rest on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in her Roseville home with her family by her side. Elaine was a gracious and kind person. She brought much joy into the lives of everyone she knew. She was a loving mother, wife and grandmother.

After graduating from college with a BS in Biology, Elaine worked in the FBI crime lab. When her children were older, Elaine returned to school, acquired a teaching degree and taught Special Education. Elaine loved gardening and volunteering at various organizations, including The Monterey Bay Aquarium and Point Lobos State Reserve. She was also a member of Bayside West Community Church.

Elaine was predeceased by her husband of 37 years, James M. Fox and parents Elizabeth and Floyd Gundy. She is survived by daughters Tracey Van Every and Sandy Cerdan; brothers James and Richard Gundy; sisters-in-law Patricia Owsley and Nena Gundy; grandchildren Tyler, Colton, Jessica, and Bethany.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel, 6920 Destiny Dr., Rocklin, CA 95677. There will also be a reception following the service.
