Carolyn Ann Larsen

Loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 74 in Roseville, CA on July 15th 2014. Carolyn was surrounded by loved ones when she passed peacefully after a courageous four year fight against lung cancer. Carolyn was born July 13, 1940 in St. Paul, Minnesota to parents Harold and Veronica Allen. In 1954, while attending school at JB Young Jr. High in Davenport, Iowa, she met the love of her life, James Larsen, and they were married on March 4, 1958.
She is survived by her loving husband James of 56 years, daughter Cynthia (Larsen) Charles, daughter Debra (Larsen) McEuen, and son James Larsen, brother Gene Allen, Grandchildren: Lindsey, Nicholas, Kristin, Joshua, Brittany, Justine, Danielle, Lisa, Great-grandchildren: Zillah, Colton, Isabella, and Bryce.
Carolyn loved to spend time with family especially her eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, they were the love of her life. She was also well known for her generosity, caring nature, and her selfless attitude. She was well loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
